Participates in risk analysis for product safety. A leading industrial sector company is seeking a Packaging and Packing Assistant for its team. The main objective of this position is to perform manual packaging, packing, and palletizing of various product references, ensuring compliance with established quality, food safety, and operational efficiency standards for the shift. Main Responsibilities: Clear the production line before starting the packaging process. Manually package product references or use equipment as specified. Label and verify the batch number on each packaged product. Inspect quality attributes of finished products during the process. Complete the corresponding quality and process records. Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and the workstation according to GMP standards. Identify and participate in analyzing risks affecting product safety. Profile Requirements: Education: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of related work experience. Competencies: Attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, and results orientation. Working Conditions: Location: Home Care Plant. Department: Manufacturing Directorate – Packaging Process Supervision. Salary: COP 2,225,870 plus statutory benefits.
