A leading company in the logistics sector is currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this role. Requirements: Professional degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in reliability. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), Weibull Analysis, Criticality Analysis, knowledge of lubrication, vibration, thermography, ultrasonics, and other predictive technologies. Familiarity with reliability standards (e.g., ISO 55000, RCM, etc.). Responsibilities: Apply asset management aligned with ISO 55000. Manage the asset lifecycle, including evaluating equipment service life and risks, and recommending renewals or replacements. Develop and execute reliability improvement projects. Support operations and maintenance. Act as the technical liaison between operators, mechanics, electricians, instrumentation personnel, and management. Develop technical maintenance procedures. Assist in planning the annual maintenance budget. Maintain clear communication with operational, maintenance, and management departments. Manage performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR, availability, operational reliability. Promote reliability practices. Reduce costs through reliability strategies.
