




Job Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Sales Representative to drive sales through personalized advisory services, in-depth product knowledge, and point-of-sale execution, ensuring full coverage and follow-up. Strategic route and customer management We are currently recruiting Temporary Sales Representatives. Responsibilities: Promote the company's products through purchase advisory services and personalized customer support, grounded in service quality, product knowledge, product presentations, and point-of-sale execution. Achieve 100% visit coverage across the assigned work area, respecting established boundaries. Update information for each assigned customer and include 100% of customers managed within the assigned territory’s category in the route plan. Monitor and analyze reports generated by the distribution department to plan daily sales strategies. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 12 months in pre-sales, face-to-face sales, or commercial advisory roles, with knowledge of customer service and sales processes. Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits + mobility allowance per working day + contests/incentives + commissions Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 AM until completion of the route (approximately 5:00 PM), with availability to work on holidays when required. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
