Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure production plan compliance, optimize operational processes, and manage resources effectively. Key Highlights: 1. The company requires, for its workforce, a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Engineering, Logistics, or Administrative fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts, one compensatory day during the week Work Location: Zol Funza Industrial Park, Warehouse K1 Salary: COP 2,992,400 + overtime + indefinite-term contract + cafeteria benefit Responsibilities: Ensure proper execution of the logistics area's production plan by directly intervening in operational process efficiency and continuously reporting on operational performance. Appropriately manage resources assigned under the designated mission-critical process.
