We seek a committed, proactive individual, willing to work in teams and engage in continuous learning. **Education:** Technical or Technologist degree in chip-removal machining, lathe, milling machine, or related fields. Minimum 6 months’ experience in workshop and machining areas. Basic knowledge of chip-removal machining (lathe\-milling machine) Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance (desirable) Own motorcycle and valid A2 driver’s license are mandatory. Proficiency in measuring tools (caliper \- micrometer) Knowledge of CAD \- CNC programming **Responsibilities:** Support preventive, corrective, and locative maintenance activities for machinery and equipment Support machining and component manufacturing processes in the workshop Perform auxiliary tasks as directed by the department Assist in purchasing materials, spare parts, and technical supplies Comply with company-established procedures Maintain effective communication and teamwork Ensure proper and confidential handling of information **Employment Conditions** Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. \- 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMLV) \+ transportation allowance \+ mobility allowance ($250\.000\) Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Workplace: On-site employment
