




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Shipping Assistant to manage logistics, plan, and coordinate distribution routes. Key Highlights: 1. A leading commercial-sector company specializing in the importation, processing, marketing, and nationwide distribution of fish and seafood, located at Corabastos, is currently seeking a **Shipping Assistant** to join its team. We seek a dynamic, organized, committed, and proactive individual with strong teamwork skills, operational agility, and an excellent service-oriented attitude. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in administrative or related fields. * Experience managing administrative and logistical processes. * Knowledge and proficiency in the **SIIGO** system. * Organized, structured, agile, punctual, and highly detail-oriented. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on 8-hour shifts, including possible overtime and holiday work as required by operations. * Residence in areas near Corabastos (Kennedy or surrounding areas). * 100% on-site work. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, validating, and managing purchase orders. * Entering data into platforms (CEN, Subrik, and ARA email), validating by date, downloading, printing, and organizing in Excel files. * Planning and scheduling shipments and distribution routes. * Coordinating with warehouse, sales department, and transport companies for vehicle assignment and loading execution. * Inventory validation to ensure product availability. * Managing appointments and coordinating with customers (D1 and PB). * Supervising loading: temperature control, cubication, verification of quantities, batch numbers, expiration dates, and product condition. * Preparing shipping documents: invoicing in SIIGO, quality certificates, insurance reports, and AUNAP reports. * Monitoring product conditions during shipment (temperature control). * Managing logistical incidents and resolving unforeseen issues. * Maintaining constant communication with customers, distribution centers, carriers, and internal departments. * Controlling and updating inventories in external warehouses (especially coastal region). **What We Offer?** * Contract type: Project-based or service contract. * Work schedule: Daily daytime shifts of 8 hours. * Salary: $2\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments.
