The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and responding to security incidents through various technological systems. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our technological security solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, alarm systems, and other technological security devices. * Identify and analyze suspicious events or activities in CCTV recordings and alarm notifications. * Respond promptly and effectively to alerts and emergencies, following established protocols. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, unusual activities, and overall system performance. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance of technological security equipment as needed. * Coordinate with field security personnel and other relevant departments to resolve incidents. * Maintain accurate records of all monitored activities and events. * Ensure compliance with the company’s security policies and procedures. * Participate in training sessions and updates on new security technologies and methodologies. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Technological Media Operator. * **Technical Knowledge:** Demonstrated experience operating CCTV and alarm systems. Experience in the banking sector is a plus. * **Skills:** * Excellent information analysis ability. * Ability to prepare clear and concise reports. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Attention to detail and high concentration. * Basic office software knowledge (Microsoft Office). * **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education.
