Job Summary:
We are seeking a Network Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure team, ensuring the operation, stability, and availability of LAN and WAN networks by administering, operating, and supporting the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network infrastructure administration, operation, and support
2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN and MPLS networks
3. Network performance monitoring and analysis
We are looking for a Network Engineer with expertise in LAN and WAN to reinforce our infrastructure team and ensure the operation, stability, and availability of our network.
**What will you do?**
You will be responsible for network infrastructure administration, operation, and support, participating in activities such as:
* Installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining LAN/WAN and MPLS networks, as well as routers, switches, and other connectivity devices.
* Responding to and resolving incidents related to MPLS, IP, and data networks.
* Managing service orders and tickets according to established procedures.
* Monitoring and analyzing network behavior to ensure performance, stability, and availability.
* Providing technical support to NOC teams and field technicians during installation, diagnosis, and incident resolution processes.
* Collaborating with vendors and technology partners to address complex incidents and requirements.
* Performing maintenance activities and proposing improvements aimed at optimizing and ensuring continuity of the network infrastructure.
* Keeping network architecture, topology, and configuration documentation up to date.
**What are we looking for?**
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, configuration, and support.
* Knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN, MPLS, IP, routing, switching, routers, and switches.
* Experience in network incident diagnosis and resolution.
* Proficiency with network monitoring and ticket management tools.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and support departments.

* Contract type: Project-based employment
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience and qualifications \+ applicable statutory surcharges
