Job Summary: We are seeking a Satellite Workshop Coordinator to supervise production and material management in the garment manufacturing area, ensuring information flow and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of satellite garment workshops 2. Preparation of technical specifications and inventory management 3. Academic Level: Technical Degree in Garment Manufacturing and/or Pattern Making Experience: 1 year in garment manufacturing and preparation of technical specifications Knowledge: -Production and processing -Design -Textile products (apparel, footwear, and leather goods) -Pattern making and garment manufacturing -Preparation of technical specifications -Inventory and supply management -Basic office software skills Skills: -Working under pressure -Organization -Attention to detail -Assertive communication -Teamwork -Active listening -Critical thinking -Activity evaluation and control -Interpersonal relationships Salary: $1,750,905 - $2,000,000 + statutory benefits Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday and Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise satellite workshops - Prepare production technical specifications - Manage material and supply dispatch - Maintain daily control of tasks to be performed - Ensure information flow between production and workshops - Support inventory control and garment manufacturing processes - Analyze technical specifications, sketches, product samples, and design specifications to determine pattern quantity, size, shape, and required fabric and leather amounts for product manufacturing. - Verify prototype development process according to technical specifications. - Perform related duties. Requirements: - Minimum education: University / Technical degree 1 year of experience
