We are currently looking for a Selection Analyst for a temporary position who will actively support talent attraction and onboarding processes. Work Location: Andes Toll Plaza Residence Requirement: Chía or Cajicá (Cundinamarca) Salary: $2,200,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Execution of selection processes (job posting, screening, and interviews). Administration of assessments and profile validation. Support in onboarding and documentation processes. Requirements: Education in Psychology Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
