A leading industrial sector company is seeking a Packaging and Packing Assistant for its team. The main objective of this position is to perform manual packaging, packing, and stacking of various product references, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards for the shift. Main Responsibilities: Clear the production line before initiating the packaging process. Package product references manually or using equipment as per established requirements. Label and verify the batch number on each packaged product. Inspect quality attributes of finished products during the process. Complete corresponding quality and process records. Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and workstations under GMP standards. Identify and participate in risk analysis affecting product safety. Profile Requirements: Education: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of related work experience. Competencies: Attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, and results orientation. Working Conditions: Location: Home Care Plant. Department: Manufacturing Directorate – Packaging Process Management. Salary: COP 2,225,870 plus statutory benefits.
