The role involves managing and supervising production activities within the company, operating machinery, following established procedures, and controlling variables such as time, quantities, and product quality. Additionally, the operator performs basic equipment maintenance, reports malfunctions, records process information, and strictly complies with safety regulations—ensuring efficient production that meets established standards.
