Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure tracking, control, and organization of commercial management, guaranteeing goal achievement and strategic decision-making. Support the planning and implementation of commercial initiatives At Satelco Interactivo S.A.S., we are looking for a **Project Manager** to strengthen our commercial team. We seek a technician in administrative or financial processes, or students of Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields, with at least one (1) year of experience in project management, commercial management control, commercial operations, or information analysis. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory, along with experience in tracking management indicators, report preparation, database administration, administrative process control for projects, and monitoring customer and supplier invoicing. Knowledge of commercial CRM systems, project management, data analysis tools, and accounting or administrative processes will be valued. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring tracking, control, and organization of commercial area management, guaranteeing goal achievement, proper execution of campaigns and projects, and generating reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. To this end, they will track the commercial team’s performance, monitor performance indicators, update control tools and databases, consolidate information, prepare management reports, track commercial campaigns and projects, support supplier management, procurement, invoicing, and expense legalization, and participate in the planning and implementation of new commercial area initiatives. We seek a person with analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities; results orientation; attention to detail; effective communication; teamwork skills; and proactivity in problem-solving—capable of contributing to the achievement of the commercial area’s objectives. The position is on-site, with a daytime schedule from Monday to Saturday (42 hours per week).
