Employment Conditions * **Salary:** $3\.500\.000 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Location:** Bogotá, in the Santa Paz neighborhood near Tintal Plaza Main Responsibilities * Review the accounting entries for purchase invoices recorded by the accounting assistant. * Prepare and timely file national and district taxes (monthly and bimonthly). * Issue withholding tax certificates and ICA certificates upon request by suppliers. * Maintain official accounting ledgers and minute books up to date. * Prepare and sign the company’s financial statements. * Perform bank reconciliations and supplier account reconciliations. * Prepare reports for the External Auditor. * Prepare year-end financial statements and their respective notes. * Monitor and track advances. * Execute monthly accounting closings and related adjustments. * Ensure the reliability of financial information and manage the accounting software. * Analyze financial statement figures to support decision-making. * Verify proper recording of revenues and expenses. * Provide technical support to the Accounting and Treasury departments. * Review payments approved by the Finance Committee, validating the reasonableness of amounts payable. * Supervise proper organization and archiving of accounting documentation. * Ensure accounting accurately reflects the company’s financial reality. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and those assigned by General Management. Profile We Are Seeking * Professional degree in **Public Accounting**. * Valid professional license. * Experience in accounting, tax processes, and preparation of financial statements. * Knowledge of current tax and financial regulations. * Excellent analytical, organizational, responsible, and teamwork skills.
