Ready to create together?** **Main job function:** Consolidate, analyze, and optimize activity information from the Global Markets area, supporting strategic decision-making that drives business profitability. Responsible for designing and automating key reports, facilitating access to relevant data for commercial, financial, and treasury departments, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Academic background:** Graduate in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related areas are desirable. **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector or treasury department, in roles related to data analysis, business intelligence, BI solutions development, or database management. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Proficiency with Google Workspace. * Financial product profitability analysis. * Preparation of management reports for decision-making. * Mastery of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS). * Process automation using Python or Visual Basic. * Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio). * Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts and data warehouse structures. * Functional knowledge of financial products such as foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, and treasury products (Spot, Forward, Swaps, Options). **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset. * Collaborative work and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. * Proactivity, continuous learning, and strong communication skills. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
