At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Analyze SQL queries developed in SQL Server, perform reverse engineering of embedded business rules, and redesign optimized queries in Oracle, ensuring accurate functional and technical interpretation of critical Financing reports. * Map current structures against the target data model, identify semantic and technical gaps, validate consistency with the data dictionary provided by the CDO, and propose adjustments when necessary. * Conduct comparative testing between the legacy model and the reconstructed model, execute result reconciliations, and ensure functional consistency prior to certification with end-user areas. * Provide technical support to analysts with basic SQL foundations, guide best practices in query migration, code review, and optimization, ensuring knowledge transfer throughout the project. * Document business rules identified during reconstruction, update the inventory of migrated interfaces, and support technical stabilization post\-implementation to guarantee operational continuity. * Fulfill all responsibilities assigned by their immediate supervisor and those associated with the processes or projects in which they participate. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education level: Professional. Field of study: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. Preferred: Specialization in Databases or Data Architecture. * Technical knowledge: Advanced SQL (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, analytical functions); query optimization; relational modeling and data dictionary analysis; knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for task management and activity tracking; prior experience in banking or financial services environments is valuable, including understanding of critical processes and regulatory compliance; proactivity, critical analysis, reverse engineering capability, and risk mitigation orientation. * Competencies: Agility, teamwork, innovation. * SQL query development and optimization (3 years). * Database migration or model transformation experience (3 years). * Operational or regulatory report reconstruction experience (3 years). * Oracle and/or SQL Server database experience (3 years). * Financial sector experience preferred (2\-3 years). **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
