Knowledge of inventory management, dispatch, and office software. **Overview and Key Responsibilities** We are seeking a **Machine Operator**; the ideal candidate will have experience in setup, packing, splicing, cutting, and other activities related to order preparation and operation of fractionating machines. The **Machine Operator**, based in Bogotá (Colombia), will fulfill order specifications, ensuring correct identification, on-time delivery, and proper use of machinery. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform accurate fractionation, splicing, packaging, and product identification. * Prepare products according to order instructions. * Correctly identify materials considering requested lengths, and record transactions online. * Report any anomalies regarding materials, machinery, or warehouse facilities. * Ensure product and packaging quality throughout the process, and properly segregate non-conforming products. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and report variances to the immediate supervisor. * Support order preparation, dispatch, and raw material handling as directed by the supervisor. * Cut authorized material under the autoscrap policy. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Comply with environmental procedures and policies. **Who Are We Looking For?** * High school diploma or technical degree in logistics or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related roles. * Knowledge of inventory management, material dispatch, and machine operation. * Basic knowledge of office software, barcodes, and SAP. *Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
