Job Summary: We are seeking a night-shift Bellboy for a hotel in Chía, responsible for luggage handling, guest assistance, and ensuring initial guest comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring hotel security and order A prestigious hotel located in Chía is currently seeking a candidate to work as a Night Shift Bellboy with the following profile: Experience: At least 1 year performing this role in mid- to high-category hotels Education: High school diploma or technical degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields Job Mission: The primary objective is to manage guest luggage, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, and ensure initial comfort by providing information about hotel facilities and local city attractions Key responsibilities include: \- Greeting guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, open the vehicle door, and extend a courteous welcome to the hotel. \- Transporting luggage from the vehicle to the front desk, and subsequently delivering it to the assigned room using the luggage cart. \- Demonstrating to guests the operation of lights, heating or fireplace (particularly important due to Chía’s cold climate), television, and safe. \- Assisting guests during check-out by carrying their belongings from the room down to the lobby or transportation. \- Coordinating vehicle arrivals, supporting valet parking services if offered by the hotel, and guiding drivers to designated parking areas. \- Tagging and storing luggage in the hotel’s storage room when guests arrive before check-in time or wish to go out after check-out. \- Immediately reporting any damage detected in hallways, elevators, or guest rooms during routine patrols to the maintenance department. \- Serving as a security reference point for the hotel, including conducting entry and exit inspections for administrative and operational staff employed by the hotel.
