





University student and/or technologist in related fields with two (2) years of experience in processes related to the position in telephone and in-person customer service, email responses, and related applications is required: Likewise, knowledge in handling petitions, complaints, claims, formal requests, procedures, satisfaction surveys, and customer loyalty campaigns. Advanced office software skills are essential, as well as knowledge of policies, regulations, and everything related to customer service and/or formal requests (Law 1755 of 2015, which replaces Title II of Law 1437 of 2011). Working Conditions Fixed-term contract for 6 months Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and one Saturday per month from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: 1.600.000 + Statutory Bonuses Job type: Full-time
