You use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Notion, Canva, among others. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the overall digital marketing strategy (brand, performance, and content). Propose creative concepts, campaigns, and narratives aligned with business objectives. Design and execute growth plans: acquisition, visibility, and conversion. Coordinate content creation for social media, paid media, and digital assets. Manage and optimize campaigns across advertising platforms (Meta, Google, or others). * Analyze metrics, KPIs, and results to iterate and continuously improve. Serve as a reference and leader within the marketing function, collaborating with design, sales, and executive leadership. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Experience in hybrid roles: creative + strategic + performance, with Data Analytics experience. Highly proactive profile with sound judgment and leadership capability. Proficiency in graphic and video design tools (basic to intermediate level). Ability to work toward objectives and be accountable for results. Strong command of digital advertising, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Autonomy, organization, and discipline for remote work. Salary * Contract for **services provision**. Fees: **$2\.200\.000 \- 2\.600\.000 COP**, subject to goals and performance. **90% remote work**, with occasional in-person meetings as required.
