Support the identification and documentation of critical data assets. **Job Description** ---------------------- Tactically manage CCC’s institutional data, ensuring its definition, quality, architecture, integration, and appropriate usage, thereby strengthening the strategic use of information in accordance with the Data Governance guidelines established by the organization. Implement institutionally defined Data Management and Data Governance guidelines and practices. Manage activities aimed at the strategic use of data for analysis, monitoring, and decision-making. Prepare technical inputs, reports, and analyses supporting data-driven strategic initiatives, and monitor plans and initiatives related to institutional information management. Support the identification, documentation, and maintenance of CCC’s data domains, critical data assets, and data inventories, as well as the definition and formalization of data roles. Implement, maintain, and monitor data quality rules and indicators, reporting findings to stakeholders. Document data lineage, information flows, data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, and the institutional data architecture—including sources, integrations, and repositories. Support the alignment of Data Governance with information security policies, personal data protection requirements, and audit or control requests. Monitor the Data Governance roadmap, the ICT tactical action plan, and data integration and utilization initiatives. Participate in the structuring and administration of analytical repositories, facilitating standardized and controlled access to information. Support training and awareness initiatives on responsible data usage.
