We are more than 121\.000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles, including finance specialists, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **BBVA: Turning dreams into opportunities — Ready to create together?** **Main Role of the Position:** Analyze, interpret, and transform data from the bank’s digital products and channels to generate strategic and operational insights that support optimizing customer experience, digital flow performance, and achieving business objectives. Design and implement reporting, dashboard, alerting, and measurement model solutions to enable continuous monitoring of digital metrics and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, marketing, and digital experience teams to identify improvement opportunities, automate analytical processes, and strengthen the bank’s digital analytics capabilities. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields. Additional studies in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Digital Transformation are desirable. **Experience:** Minimum three (3\) years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics, preferably in the financial sector, digital banking, e-commerce, or digital transformation environments. **Technical Knowledge and Tools:** * Intermediate/advanced SQL proficiency for data querying, transformation, and analysis. * Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar). * Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Desirable: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics). * Experience analyzing digital funnels, conversion metrics, and business KPIs. * Ability to handle large volumes of information and multiple data sources. * Familiarity with data platforms or cloud environments (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Python or R knowledge for analysis and process automation is desirable. * Experience with indicator automation and monitoring tools is desirable. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and strategic orientation. * Ability to transform data into actionable insights. * Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Assertive communication and stakeholder relationship skills. * Collaborative work approach and consultative mindset. * Proactivity, innovation, and initiative. * Prioritization and problem-solving ability. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
