Job Summary: This role seeks a Warehouse Assistant to perform operational and administrative tasks that ensure the effective flow of goods at the Distribution Center. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse Assistant In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks enabling effective and secure execution of Receipt and Storage, Packing and Billing, Picking and Dispatch processes at the Distribution Center, maintaining appropriate and timely flow of goods. Your primary mission will be: • Carry out daily tasks and scheduled activities for the team to achieve the objectives set by the area manager. • Report to your immediate supervisor any incidents occurring during your assigned shift, ensuring logistics and after-sales operations comply with current regulations and company-defined policies. • Adhere daily to the scheduled work shifts. • Inspect received goods and ensure correct quantities and conditions upon receipt. • Validate and verify units and SKUs packed, confirming they match customer requirements. • Manage requirements associated with order deliveries, generating necessary alerts to ensure perfect deliveries and guaranteeing invoice registration. • Ensure additional client-specific processes (relabeling, pre-distribution, loading onto platforms, Macros, etc). • Ensure FIFO processes, legal labeling, and serial number verification. Requirements for the Role: Education • High school diploma, technical or technological degree in logistics. Schedule Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics processes.
