We are currently seeking an **Accounting and Financial Supervisor** who wishes to grow professionally by leading teams, optimizing processes, and supporting companies across various sectors in meeting their accounting, financial, and tax challenges. Required Profile * Certified Public Accountant with a valid professional license. * Specialization in Taxation, External Auditing, Auditing, or Finance is desirable. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in accounting processes. * At least **2 years of experience** leading teams in accounting firms or finance departments. Technical Knowledge * IFRS for SMEs and current tax regulations. * Preparation and review of financial statements. * Accounting reconciliations and account analysis. * Payroll, social security, and municipal obligations. * Implementation of internal controls. * Proficiency in SIIGO, Helisa, and Odoo. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel. * SharePoint. * Power BI. * Artificial Intelligence tools applied to accounting and financial processes. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the quality and timeliness of accounting and financial information. * Provide technical and operational leadership to the accounting team. * Review financial statements, reconciliations, and tax obligations. * Implement improvements and strengthen internal controls. * Support audits, regulatory inspections, and client meetings. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and client satisfaction.
