Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to support social media management, digital content creation, and trend analysis—leveraging AI to optimize processes. Collaboration with design and marketing teams on digital campaigns. **Position**: Community Manager **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Salary**: $2\.000\.000 \+ transportation subsidy \+ statutory benefits \+ non-statutory bonus **Location**: Northern Bogotá **Main Responsibilities:** * Support social media content administration and scheduling. * Create copy, posts, and content aligned with brand strategy. * Prepare basic metrics and campaign performance reports. * Analyze digital trends and propose content ideas. * Support the creation of audiovisual assets and short videos for social media. * Use AI tools such as Claude and other platforms to optimize creative and content production processes. * Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute digital campaigns. * Maintain updated content calendars and publication schedules. Required Profile: * Technical or technological degree, or currently studying Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. * Knowledge of audiovisual content design and editing. * Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics. * Interest and foundational knowledge of AI tools for idea generation, copywriting, scripting, and task automation. * Proactive, creative individual with strong teamwork capabilities. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with engagement and reach metrics. * Knowledge of digital content and video marketing trends. * Preferably experience in the education sector.
