Medical Coordinator for ARL Healthcare Line – Occupational Health
We are a leading company in the Occupational Risk (ARL) and occupational health sector. We are passionate about safeguarding workers’ lives and well-being, and today we are looking for a medical professional with administrative vision who shares our mission to lead our healthcare line.

Requirements to Apply:
* Professional degree in Medicine.
* Completed postgraduate studies in health administration areas (Health Management, Medical Auditing, Hospital Administration, or related fields).
* Minimum of 4 years’ accredited experience in the health sector.
* Minimum of 1 year’ specific experience in managing medical service authorizations and/or auditing processes.
Offer Conditions:
* Contract type: Indefinite-term contract, direct hiring by the company, including all statutory benefits.
* Base salary: $ 9.163.879
* Non-statutory bonus: $ 500.000
* Total monthly income: $ 9.663.879
* Working hours: 44 hours per week.
* Schedule: Rotating shifts with availability from Sunday to Sunday (one compensatory day per week is assigned).
* Work location: Bogotá, Metrópolis Shopping Center area.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the operation of the ARL’s healthcare line.
* Validate and manage required medical service authorizations promptly.
* Conduct medical and administrative audits to ensure timeliness and quality of service.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health guidelines and current regulations of the General Occupational Risk System.
