We are hiring! | At RicohColombia, we are looking for a Printer Technical Support Specialist. Technical or technological degree in systems, electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site and remote support for printing equipment, printer configuration, paper jam resolution, toner replacement, and knowledge of help desk management and remote support tools; desirable: Gira, ServiceNow, or Aranda. What will you do? Periodically verify the status of machines and request technical maintenance when required to ensure their optimal condition. Verify SLA-based compliance with preventive maintenance plans for machines, ensuring proper usage. Timely manage supply requests as stipulated in contracts, ensuring receipt thereof. Ensure availability of supply stock (toner and paper). Guarantee compliance with SLAs agreed upon with clients by promptly managing service backlogs. Record meter readings on scheduled dates for billing purposes, ensuring delivery of the report to Ricoh’s billing department. Ensure rational use of work consumables. Monitor preventive or corrective maintenance requests to ensure compliance with service agreements. Generate client-requested reports or reports specified in the contract. · What do you need? Technical or technological degree in systems, electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site and remote support for printing equipment, printer configuration. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekends according to on-site availability schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime and surcharge pay.
