Promote self-management and continuous improvement in learning. **Bogotá Colombia** **\u007C** **Hybrid** **What is this challenge about?** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a person responsible for transforming processes into dynamic, measurable, and high-impact learning experiences, ensuring execution speed, quality, and continuous improvement. You will lead the transformation of after-sales training processes by creating, virtualizing, and implementing innovative, autonomous, and scalable learning solutions—incorporating audiovisual tools, digital methodologies, and artificial intelligence to optimize the training experience. ### **What will you do?** Design, develop, and virtualize training content for after-sales and operations teams at Grupo Despegar; create high-impact audiovisual materials: videos, podcasts, learning capsules, simulations, interactive resources, and digital content. * Lead training implementations delivered to the area, ensuring timely execution, quality, and results. * Continuously propose new methodologies, formats, and innovative learning solutions. * Integrate artificial intelligence tools into content creation, automation, and training processes. * Transform traditional training into autonomous, scalable, and self-managed learning experiences. * Analyze metrics and indicators to measure the effectiveness of virtualizations and implementations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies. * Work under the “Fail Fast, Learn and Scale” philosophy, driving pilots, rapid testing, and constant optimization. * Manage projects from scratch, structuring solutions without requiring detailed instructions. * Maintain proactive communication with your direct manager, providing timely feedback and consistent visibility of progress, risks, and opportunities. * Research trends, tools, and emerging technologies applied to digital learning and content creation. ### **What do you need to succeed in this role?** ### **Mandatory:** * Experience in content virtualization and creation of digital learning experiences. * Knowledge of video editing and audiovisual tools. * Proficiency in design and multimedia content creation tools. * Practical knowledge and application of artificial intelligence tools. * Experience with virtual training platforms or e-learning systems. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and indicators. ### **✅ Preferred:** * Experience in training areas. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Experience working in innovation or digital transformation environments. * Knowledge of learning process automation. ### **Soft Skills We Value:** Innovation Autonomy Analytical thinking Creativity Proactivity Effective communication Project management Adaptability Results orientation Collaborative work Feedback capability and continuous improvement ### **Success Indicators:** * Adoption level and effectiveness of implemented virtualizations. * Reduction in operational dependency on traditional training. * Speed and quality of project implementation. * Impact on productivity and learning experience. * Innovations implemented in training methodologies. * Scalability of developed content. * Internal stakeholders’ satisfaction. ✈️ **Travel transforms you; working at Despegar does too.** We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
