Manage customer requirements and supervise the technical team. **AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP MANAGER** A company in the maintenance and technical services sector is seeking an Automotive Workshop Manager to lead and coordinate operational and technical activities within the department, ensuring timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and proper management of technical personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational and technical activities within the department. * Schedule and assign services to technical staff. * Monitor progress and completion of scheduled services. * Diagnose and support the resolution of complex mechanical failures. * Provide technical support and guidance to the work team. * Manage customer-reported requirements and incidents. * Monitor the status and availability of equipment, tools, and resources. * Prepare management reports and performance indicator tracking reports. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum three (3) years of experience in operational coordination, service scheduling, and leadership of technical teams. * Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and fault resolution. * Proficiency in office software. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $3,500,000 to $4,500,000. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Work location: Siberia – Cota. * Direct hiring by the company.
