Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in store-to-store or distribution channels. Knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools and commercial platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and post-sales follow-up skills. Ability to work autonomously, with a results-oriented mindset and customer service focus. Main Responsibilities: Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Execute all stages of the sales process—from prospecting and initial contact through to closing and post-sales follow-up—aligned with the company’s established sales targets. Access Customer Information and Commercial Tools: Utilize the company’s CRM platforms and databases to register, manage, and analyze customer information and sales opportunities. Apply Authorized Persuasion Strategies and Promotions: Implement approved persuasion techniques and promotions to boost sales and attract new customers, always adhering to the company’s commercial guidelines. Promote Customer Satisfaction and Repeat Purchases: Contact customers to ensure post-sales satisfaction, encourage repeat purchases, and foster loyalty through personalized service. Propose and Request Authorization for Special Offers: Suggest and apply discounts or special terms within established limits, managing necessary authorizations for exceptional cases.
