Job Summary: Industrial Electrical Technician/Technologist to install, design, maintain, and analyze electrical and electromechanical systems on production farms. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with technical regulations and industrial safety. **Position:** Electrical Technician or Industrial Electrical Technologist **Position Objective:** To carry out installation, design, assembly, maintenance, and analysis of electrical and electromechanical systems on production farms, ensuring operational continuity, equipment safety, and compliance with current technical regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in electromechanical projects within production areas. * Design and install low- and medium-voltage electrical networks and service connections. * Perform maintenance and analysis of irrigation systems, cold rooms, and electric generators. * Carry out electrical metering and reactive power compensation tasks. * Install and provide support for automatic transfer systems and solar photovoltaic systems. * Implement and verify grounding systems and related systems. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and national technical regulations. **Position Requirements:** * Certified Electrical Technician **or** final-semester student of Electrical Engineering. * **Professional ID card issued by CONTE or CONALTEL (mandatory requirement).** * Basic knowledge of electrical projects, low- and medium-voltage networks, and maintenance of electrical systems. * Experience (preferred) in the floriculture sector. * Availability to work in **El Rosal and Madrid, Cundinamarca**. **Employment Conditions:** * Direct employment contract with the company, **indefinite term and 100% benefits**. * Salary: **to be agreed between $1.900.000 and $2.400.000**, depending on experience and profile. * Benefits: **commuter service** from Facatativá and Bogotá (Suba or Lisboa) \+ **on-site cafeteria**. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays: until noon. **Estimated Time to Fill Vacancy:** Immediate Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
