If you have the qualities and drive to lead teams, there are positions ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Customer Service: Logistics Tracking** **Grade 5** **On-site:** Logistics Terminals of Colombia, Siberia. **Job Summary** **Responsibilities**: Ensure and guarantee that products reach their final destination intact and on time according to agreed SLAs, reporting online to the client's process manager any incidents that arise; additionally, generate the reports and documentation required by the process for the client. **Qualifications**: * Technical, technological, or professional degrees in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration.
