We are looking for a **Sheet Metal and Painting Technician** who brings precision, technical skill, and excellence in restoration and finishing processes for our products. **Position Mission:** Diagnose, repair, restore, and paint metal parts, removing dents and structural damage, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with the company's established presentation standards. **Your responsibilities:** **Sheet metal work and restoration** * Repair impacts, dents, and deformations on metal parts. * Straighten, reconstruct, or replace damaged sections according to the type of equipment or surface. * Apply welding or adjustment techniques as required by the process. **Painting and finishing** * Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and application of filler. * Apply paint, sealants, varnishes, and protective coatings. * Perform fine finishing, detailing, and polishing to ensure a uniform and professional appearance. * Conduct visual quality checks and paint adhesion tests prior to dispatch. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in **Sheet Metal Work, Painting, or related fields**. * Minimum of **3 years of verifiable experience** in repairing, restoring, and painting metal surfaces (ideally in production, manufacturing, or refurbishment). * Knowledge in sheet metal work, paint, and varnish application. * Familiarity with solvent-based painting techniques and professional spray gun or booth application. * Organized, committed individual with attention to detail and effective communication skills. **What we offer:** * Indefinite-term contract directly with the company * Salary: $1,500,000 + transportation allowance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 44 weekly hours * 100% on-site work mode * Stable, technical, and collaborative work environment Job type: Full-time, indefinite Application questions: * Do you have prior experience in sheet metal and painting work on technological equipment? * Do you agree with the contractual and salary conditions?
