The candidate is characterized by strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Main Responsibilities** * **Supply Management:** Support loading, control, and tracking of staff supplies, ensuring correct allocation, system registration, and adherence to established timelines. * **Shipment Coordination:** Manage and monitor shipments of materials, equipment, or documentation, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with required logistical conditions. * **Procurement:** Support inventory level verification, replenishment requests, and purchase order follow-up, ensuring availability of necessary operational supplies. * **Course and Training Management:** Coordinate staff course scheduling, including registrations, attendance tracking, and updating of training records. * **Information Control and Recordkeeping:** Maintain up-to-date information in logistics systems, databases, and reports related to inventories, shipments, and supplies. * **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support for logistics department tasks, ensuring document organization and compliance with internal processes. **Requirements** Student currently undertaking professional practice in Engineering or Administration. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, fulfilling 44 hours
