Implement action plans for reasons of non-payment **Job Description:** Analyze, validate, and monitor the company's payroll-deductible loan portfolio, contributing to its appropriate performance through collection indicator monitoring and adherence to onboarding processes with payroll offices. **Requirements:** * Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields within the financial sector. * Proficiency in Office tools, advanced Excel, basic finance knowledge, payroll-deductible loan knowledge, and customer service skills. * One year of experience in payroll-deductible loan-related matters. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with disbursement processes for the payroll-deductible loan portfolio originated by Coltefinanciera. * Monitor portfolio purchases to ensure timely registration of removals at payroll offices. * Identify all causes and reasons for non-payment of unprocessed loans and suspensions of active deductions by payroll offices. * Maintain optimal relationships with payroll offices to obtain timely information and achieve a high percentage of non-payment reason identification. * Implement all action plans triggered by each non-payment reason (withdrawn, deceased, seized, simultaneous indebtedness, persistent portfolio purchase, payroll office operational issue, entity operational issue). * Continuously monitor onboarding responses to rapidly identify failed onboarding. * Determine whether partial onboarding is feasible with public payroll offices. * Generate corresponding management reports for assigned tasks. * Perform code renewal processes at payroll offices, considering each entity's deadlines.
