Job Objective Manage, execute, and control logistics operations in accordance with parameters established by the client and the Company, aiming to optimize resources, generate added value, and achieve expected profitability. Job Requirements Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with +2 years of experience coordinating operational activities within logistics environments. Strong capability in personnel management, report generation, and performance indicator tracking. Experience in managing operational costs, inventory, billing, finance, and customer service. Competence in monitoring, tracking, and reporting KPIs, as well as coordinating receiving, storage, inventory, order preparation, and dispatch processes at distribution centers. Supervises teams and demonstrates solid ability to lead operational processes efficiently and results-oriented. Working Hours: Operations run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Standard shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday (M–S) Responsibilities • Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels. • Understand, communicate, and implement Company policies, ensuring comprehension and application across all levels of the organization led. • Coordinate, participate in, and analyze Inventory Management—including daily closings, cycle counts, monthly inventories, and general inventories. • Ensure compliance with Good Storage and/or Manufacturing Practices programs. • Address and follow up on customer complaints regarding inconsistencies in services provided. • Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions as required at the Logistics Center. • Optimize available resources (human, physical, technological, financial) to improve profitability and customer service. • Ensure, supervise, and control documentary records of movements and transactions involving goods held in designated areas. • Develop, coordinate, and verify quality management activities necessary for optimal performance of operational and administrative processes. • Support infrastructure and equipment maintenance activities at the logistics center to facilitate operational processes.
