Junior Maintenance Programmer Location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) | Availability for Sundays, holidays, and overtime as required by operations Compensation: $2,413,494 + Statutory Benefits + Transportation Allowance: $300,256 Mandatory Requirement: Personal motorcycle  Requirements  Technologist or Engineer in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Maintenance  6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance programming, management, or coordination  Knowledge of maintenance management software (SVISION preferred), Excel, and technical indicator tracking  Availability for rotating shifts, dynamic work, and travel using a personal motorcycle Job Mission Develop and optimize the master maintenance plan by managing the SVISION system, analyzing technical indicators, and coordinating with operational areas to maximize equipment reliability and availability in the Disposition and Geri processes. Key Responsibilities (Summarized) Planning & Digital Management: Administer work orders in SVISION, respond to requests via the SMOBILE app, update fixed assets, and schedule activities by assigning operators. Coordination & Operational Supervision: Execute and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance, supervise internal staff and contractors, inspect interventions, and hand over operational equipment to the area coordinator. Resource & Budget Control: Ensure stock of supplies, spare parts, and tools; request quotations, manage credits/legalizations, and monitor SVISION vs SAP budget compliance. Indicators, OHS & Continuous Improvement: Monitor availability and reliability KPIs, participate in the availability committee, and lead preventive Occupational Health and Safety practices.
