City: CHIA Contract type: Project-based or service contract Start date: Immediate · We offer: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) Legal transportation allowance: Current legal standard Onboarding allowance: $250,000 Commissions: Up to $250,000 for achieving KPIs (performance-based) Statutory benefits Job stability Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability for 2 Sundays per month); travel may be required to nearby towns if needed Schedule may vary depending on the channel 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts according to the point of sale. What will be your mission? Route coverage across various channels (modern trade, independent stores, self-service outlets, and wholesalers) Product replenishment and rotation Planogram management Displays and POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials Order placement and inventory control Handling returns, pricing, and expiration dates Work in refrigerated units Candidate profile we seek: Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector (Applicable experience includes roles such as marketing promoter, shelf-stocking operator, or multi-skilled assistant with marketing knowledge) Knowledge of planograms and in-store execution Experience in beverages or dairy products is desirable Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills at the point of sale (POS) Basic understanding of KPIs and digital tools If you seek stability, additional income through commissions, and the chance to join a leading company, apply now!
