




Position Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with experience to lead the accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and compliance with legal requirements. Key role in strengthening the administrative framework of an artisanal company. We are an artisanal company with 13 years of experience in producing high-quality bakery and pastry products. We seek a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Accounting Coordinator. We seek a professional Public Accountant with three years of experience and knowledge of all operational tasks in the area (finance, treasury, accounting, taxation, etc.), preferably with a postgraduate degree in finance, taxation, or related fields. Lead the company's accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with legal and tax obligations, and timely management of the third-party payment cycle. Includes: accounting accruals, payroll and social security processing, preparation of tax returns, scheduling and approval of payments, bank reconciliations, ongoing internal audits, maintenance of the tax calendar, supervision of the Accounting Analyst, and management reporting to the General Administrator. Acts as backup for Human Resources regarding payroll-related matters. Must have solid experience in: Payroll and social security processing for companies with 30+ employees; preparation and filing of tax declarations with DIAN and Municipal Finance Secretariats (Withholding Tax, VAT, ICA, Income Tax, Exogenous Information); accounting accruals and bank reconciliations; scheduling and execution of payments via banking platforms with dual authorization; use of World Office or equivalent ERP systems; supervision of accounting staff. Preferred: experience in food/restaurant/retail sectors. Up-to-date knowledge of the Labor Reform (Law 2466 of 2025). Ability to maintain rigorous document management and chronological archiving (minimum traceability of 10 years). Ability to withstand pressure from multiple simultaneous legal deadlines (tax, payroll, supplier payments). Ability to collaborate closely with non-accounting departments (Procurement, Human Resources, operational areas), aligning with operational needs and facilitating positive agreements. Willingness to document procedures and train operational backup (Accounting Analyst). Absolute confidentiality regarding salary, financial, and tax information.
