GenCell Pharma is seeking an analytical Productivity and Process Engineer to design and implement a data-driven productivity measurement model to optimize laboratory processes.

At **GenCell Pharma**, we are seeking a highly analytical, data-oriented **Productivity and Process Engineer** to design and implement our productivity measurement model for laboratory processes, bioinformatics analysis, and medical interpretation.
The primary objective of this role is not personnel supervision, but rather the development of a robust productivity management system that optimizes installed capacity and supports the strategic growth of our laboratory.
**Contractual Terms:**
* **Contract Type:** Services Agreement (OPS) \- Initially for a project duration of 3 to 6 months (with potential for permanent engagement based on performance).
* **Compensation:** To be agreed upon (based on experience and professional profile).

* Design and implement the data-driven productivity measurement model for GenCell Pharma.
**What profile are we looking for?**
**1\. Academic Background:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering**, or Operations Management.
* Preferred: Specialization or certification in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing / Lean Healthcare, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
**2\. Required Experience:**
* Minimum **5 years of experience** leading time-and-motion studies, process optimization, workload balancing, and productivity indicator design using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* **Highly valued:** Prior experience in clinical laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry, the hospital sector, or knowledge-intensive service companies.
**3\. Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
* Process modeling (BPMN, Visio, etc.) and statistical analysis.
* *Desirable:* SQL proficiency, ERP / LIS systems, and productivity tools (ActivTrak, Insightful, or similar).
* Conduct a comprehensive process mapping exercise (from sample receipt to medical report delivery).
* Execute time-and-motion studies across various laboratory departments, identifying value-adding activities and waste.
* Determine installed capacity and establish time standards per test type and complexity level.
* Design individual and team-level productivity indicators (KPIs).
* Identify bottlenecks and lead Lean initiatives to reduce response times.
* Develop executive dashboards in Power BI for General Management.
* Collaborate synergistically with the company’s Medical, Technical, Quality, and Bioinformatics departments.
