We seek individuals with a passion for agriculture, responsibility, and the ability to work under field conditions. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities. * Monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal plant growth (irrigation, temperature, fertilization). * Inspect and maintain plant health, detecting pests or diseases. * Apply fertilization and pest control treatments as instructed. * Operate agricultural machinery, if required, to perform crop-related tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in cultivation facilities. * Collaborate with the team to ensure productivity and efficiency in daily tasks. * Comply with quality standards and occupational safety and health regulations.
