Job Summary: This role is critical to the company's security, continuously monitoring casino operations via CCTV to identify and report risks, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. What is your mission? To contribute to the company's security through continuous closed-circuit television monitoring of gaming activities, general casino operations, employees, customers, and visitors upon entry, during their stay, and upon exit from the casino premises, promptly reporting potential or actual risks to the company. Likewise, you will support compliance with company-established regulations by providing assistance to casino departments, operating CCTV equipment correctly, and reporting issues promptly · CCTV MONITORING Verify compliance with security standards across all operations Verify compliance with gaming rules and procedures at tables Track suspicious individuals Remain alert to potential risk situations Report incidents promptly Preserve evidence (video archives). EQUIPMENT CONTROL Report equipment operational issues Operate CCTV equipment optimally REPORT SUBMISSION Prepare high-quality reports Submit reports promptly WORKING CONDITIONS Direct indefinite-term contract with the company Rotating schedule from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week.
