If you are a committed and passionate individual seeking stability within an established company, Responsibilities: Conduct commercial outreach with emphasis on corporate greeting, consultative and transparent sales as outlined in commercial scripts; accurately complete logs and minutes according to established processes and protocols; ensure security and/or custody of cards, documentation, work tools, and users of various applications per established protocols. Know all products and services in the commercial portfolio, including the commercial features of each. Provide objective advisory support to customers; meet monthly budget targets for commercial indicators set by the bank in its periodic or fixed campaigns; achieve assigned commercial targets for the product portfolio. Requirements Academic background: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative or commercial fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months selling intangible products, cold outreach at point-of-sale, door-to-door sales, etc.; proficiency in office software; attention to detail; effective sales closing skills; familiarity with KPI measurement indicators; basic knowledge of office software and computer equipment usage; commercial mindset; commitment; and eagerness to grow. Salary and Benefits Salary: $1,750,905; transportation allowance $249,095; statutory benefits; commissions; additional benefits based on performance. Training provided after contract signing. Commissions (100% statutory benefits). Career development plan.
