A leading company in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking a Repackaging Assistant to support product conditioning and quality processes. You will ensure proper repackaging of products, guaranteeing their quality, presentation, and integrity while complying with established standards. Responsibilities: Prepare merchandise according to production requirements Perform product repackaging following established procedures Inspect product quality prior to repackaging Report products failing to meet specifications Monitor packaging materials and request replenishment Meet production and delivery deadlines What are we looking for? High school diploma Minimum 1 year of experience in repackaging, production, or similar roles Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes Handling of chemical substances and/or food handling Organized, punctual individual with strong teamwork skills Working Conditions: Contract: Direct employment with the company Salary: COP $1,750,905 + meal allowance (COP $7,500 daily) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Every other Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you have production experience and seek job stability, this opportunity is for you.
