Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Specialized Todero with experience in facility maintenance to operate and maintain WWTP equipment, manage wastewater, and monitor physicochemical parameters. We are currently seeking a committed, proactive individual with experience in facility maintenance to support our operations. Responsibilities: Perform operation, inspection, and preventive maintenance of WWTP equipment, ensuring the wastewater treatment process complies with established procedures for monitoring physicochemical parameters and inspecting pumping equipment. Key Responsibilities and Competencies The WWTP Operator must possess the following skills and perform the following core responsibilities: Wastewater and Chemical Substance Management: Dose and prepare chemicals according to incoming water conditions to the system. Ensure proper evacuation and disposal of generated sludge, preventing system saturation. Clean tanks and reactors to prevent residue accumulation. Physicochemical Parameter Monitoring: Conduct daily routine measurements of parameters such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and alkalinity. Verify treatment conditions at both inlet and discharge points of water. Pumping Equipment and Hydraulics: Inspect pumps and equipment according to checklists. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and calibrate dosing pumps. Carry out backwashing of system filters. Working Conditions: - Height safety training - Technical or technological degree in water treatment.
