Location: Chia, Cundinamarca Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Are you a Technology graduate in Administrative Sciences or Engineering with over 1 year of experience as a Training Analyst? This vacancy is for you! What will you do? Ensure compliance with the Training Matrix. Support the preparation of progress reports for the Training Program. Implement actions and strategies to identify training needs across various business units of the Region. Support the company’s processes in addressing internal or external training needs as they arise. Timely management of indicator data. Ensure compliance with the company’s Induction, Re-induction, and Re-training processes. What are we looking for? Technology degree in Administrative Sciences or Engineering. 6 months to 3 years of experience in training processes or Human Resources Management processes. What do we offer? Indefinite-term contract. Salary: COP 1,854,000 + transportation allowance + social benefits payments. Bi-weekly payroll.
