Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to safely and efficiently carry out the receipt, storage, delivery, and distribution of materials. Key Highlights: 1. For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a High School Graduate or Technician in Logistics, Industrial Processes, or related fields, with at least one year of experience handling materials and competencies such as effective communication, teamwork, and results orientation, we are looking for you! Your mission Safely and efficiently perform and execute activities related to the receipt, storage, delivery, and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and intermediate process materials. Support forklift, pallet jack, and associated equipment operations; participate in physical inventory counts; loading and unloading of materials; weight control; and completion of operational forms. Ensure order, cleanliness, identification, and protection of materials, complying with quality, safety standards, and established procedures. What we seek in you Academic background: High School Graduate and/or Technician in Logistics, Industrial Processes, or related fields. Experience: Minimum one year as a warehouse assistant, managing spare parts, raw materials, or similar incoming and outgoing items. Knowledge of inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, truck scale operation, and safe material handling. Key competencies: effective communication, teamwork, results orientation. Conditions Salary: COP $1,800,000, plus transportation allowance, shuttle service, and all statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company. Working hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and vice versa; work four days and rest three. Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts. Work location: Madrid, Cundinamarca; shuttle benefit available for neighboring municipalities and main roads of Bogotá.
