Opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving industry **FINANCE ANALYST** **LOCATION: BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA** **CONTRACT: PERMANENT** **ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM:** TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Finance Analyst for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) business. This position is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process with a focus on cash flow management, vendor relationship management, and operational efficiency. This role leads payment scheduling in alignment with the monthly and annual cash forecast, ensures all invoices are submitted into payment systems, collaborates with Treasury to reconcile cash disbursements, and ensures timely and accurate invoice processing. This role also plays a critical part in monitoring cash forecast variances, resolving payment issues, and providing strategic support to internal teams and external vendors. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the management of the AP function for the DTC business unit, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing and vendor support. * Maintain and monitor the AP inbox, responding to vendor inquiries regarding payments, remittance details, and outstanding invoices through statement reconciliations. * Manage the invoice processing cycle for key vendor categories, including Marketing, Technology, Streaming, and Core Digital divisions. * Coordinate with the Supplier Maintenance team to facilitate new vendor onboarding and maintain up\-to\-date supplier information. * Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to process payment requests and resolve any issues related to payment reissues. * Partner with the Treasury team to initiate payments for vendors requiring intermediary bank handling or those processed outside the Oracle system. * Review weekly AP reports and approve scheduled payments in line with business and cash flow priorities. * Support the monthly close process by preparing cash reconciliations, updating cash forecasts, P\&L and other financial reports. * Maintain and update the annual and monthly cash forecast in alignment with business strategy and cash flow priorities; monitor and analyze forecast variances to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision\-making. * Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment status updates and issue resolution, ensuring strong and effective vendor relationships. * Support FP\&A processes and provide ad hoc analyses. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 4–5 years of professional experience. * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
