A leading security sector company with 23 years in the market requires an Operations Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its team. * Knowledge of shift scheduling, operational personnel management, and incident tracking. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). * Strong organizational, follow-up, and control capabilities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support coordination and supervision of security personnel operations. * Develop and control shift scheduling. * Record and track service incidents. * Assist in document management for the operations area. * Coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure service delivery.
