That’s why we have an employment inclusion policy promoting the hiring of persons with disabilities who meet the position requirements.** Join us as a Zuricher and become part of our team as a **Claims Analyst!** #LI-Remote, #LI-Hybrid, #LI-Onsite Your objective will be to ensure implementation of the Company’s strategy for handling and settling automobile insurance claims, guaranteeing technical accuracy in claim determinations, quality, adherence to response timeframes, and established policies—with primary focus on both internal and external customers. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical analysis, management, and settlement of automobile insurance claims (vehicle repairs). * Serve policyholders, brokers, insured parties, or claimants related to assigned products. * Manage reserves, track and verify controls established by Company policies. * Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory authority requirements. * Ensure achievement of daily targets for claim handling, tracking, and settlement, meeting quality and service standards. * Actively participate in preparing reports and business-related committees. * Structure and formally respond—clearly and comprehensively—to assigned requests, based on submissions received via the claims application. **Key Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:** * Technical or technological degree. * Basic Excel knowledge. * General knowledge of Automobile/Motor insurance lines. * Minimum two years of experience in this field or related areas. * Basic English. **Management Skills:** * Ability to conduct technical claims analysis. * Vehicle repair. * Data analysis. * Organization and prioritization planning. * Monitoring and control of assigned tasks or projects. * Results-oriented with high-quality standards.
